Glenn serves as attorney, agent and contract advisor for our clients. After graduating from Skidmore College, Glenn received his law degree from George Washington University.
Glenn’s previous experience included forming SportsPro Management, a successful sports management firm where he served as President while working with over 100 professional football, basketball and baseball players before transitioning SportsPro into Alliance Sports Management. Glenn also held legal positions with ProServ, The Major League Baseball Association and the National Basketball Player Association.
Glenn has been involved in representing many of today’s top professional athletes and has negotiated many lucrative contracts and endorsement agreements for his clients. He negotiated a record $38,000,000 contract for Marquis Daniels of the Dallas Mavericks which was the largest contract for a second year player in NBA history. He has also negotiated a $20,000,000 contract for NBA Sixth Man of the Year and Most Improved Players, Darrell Armstrong then of the Orlando Magic, as well as a four-year guaranteed contract for former 1st Round Pick, Michael Doleac of the Miami Heat. He negotiated a contract that made Marcus Pollard of the Indianapolis Colts the highest paid tight end in the history of the NFL, as well as a contract that made Kris Brown the highest paid kicker for the Houston Texans.

Jim Naughton
Vice President
Jim serves as an attorney, agent and contract advisor for our clients. Jim has coordinated the daily client-servicing and player-related matters such as contract negotiations and marketing/endorsement opportunities for the last 15 years while working with Glenn Schwartzman at SportsPro Management and Alliance Sports. Jim has researched and assisted in negotiating and procuring multi-million dollar contracts for clients in the National Basketball Association and his experience in these areas extends to other leagues such as the NBDL, CBA, USBL and almost every International Basketball League in the world. Additionally, Jim has negotiated and procured contract and marketing deals for clients in the NFL, CFL, AFL and the former NFL Europa.
After attending Western Maryland College where he was a two-sport athlete, playing both basketball and winning two conference championships in golf, Jim graduated from the Widener University School of Law.
Jim is a certified contract advisor with the NBPA, NFLPA and FIBA and is also a member of the Sports Law and Entertainment Division of the ABA.

Joe W. Dinda
Director of Operations
Joe enters his seventh year with ASM and is responsible for many of the daily operations of Alliance Sports which includes prospecting future clients, negotiating contracts and implementing the college recruiting process.
Joe is also responsible for maintaining relations with professional franchises such as the NFL, CFL, NBA, and International Basketball. Additionally, Joe has negotiated and procured contract and marketing deals for clients in the NFL, CFL, AFL, UFL, International Basketball and the former NFL Europa.
Joe graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in Psychology and Criminal Law and was a member of the men’s division I basketball team. Joe adheres to the philosophy that player representation is based on one-on-one personal relationships with his clients to make a positive difference in their personal and professional lives.

Jordan Feagan
Advisor
Jordan is co-founder of Alliance Sports Management and currently serves as an advisor to the company. As agent, contract advisor and counsel to his clients for the past 17 years he has worked with more than one hundred professional athletes. Among Jordan’s blockbuster contracts are Jimmy Key’s 1990 Toronto Blue Jay deal – the largest ever for a baseball pitcher at that time, Eric Hills $11,000,000 contract in 1994 making him the highest paid middle linebacker in the NFL, Terrance Shaw’s $17,150,000 extension in 1998 – the largest contract ever paid a 3rd year NFL defensive back, and deals totaling more than $18,000,000 in guaranteed compensation for veteran Yankee pitcher Cory Lidle. In 2006 Jordan negotiated the NFL’s top Free Agency contract for a defensive back, totaling more than $32,000,000, including a $10,000,000 signing bonus, for Jacksonville Jaguar’s Brian Williams. Most recently, Jordan positioned mixed martial arts client Dan Henderson into the first UFC-PRIDE Super fight to determine the world’s undisputed Light Heavyweight Champion. Together, Jordan and Glenn Schwartzman have negotiated player contracts totaling over $150 million.
In 2002, Jordan expanded Alliance Sports to Los Angeles where he began crossing athletes into Hollywood, with his first significant success being The Longest Yard where he placed 5 former athletes for significant roles. In 2005, Jordan met and began personally managing Mark Ellis, leading to his current position as co-founder and President of The Sports Studio. Mark’s work as a director and coordinator of sports action ranges from true-life stories Coach Carter, Invincible and We Are Marshall to original comedies Mr. 3000, The Longest Yard and The Game Plan.
Prior to organizing his own sports management firm, Jordan worked three years as a corporate attorney in Kansas City, Missouri, specializing in tax and business matters for firm clients such as General Motors and AMC Theaters. Jordan received his law degree from SMU and his undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Jordan is certified as a contract advisor by both the National Football League Players Association and the Major League Baseball Players Association.

Jesse Newton
Player Personnel, Coordinator
Jesse attended Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama, where she received both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Criminal Justice.
Before coming to Alliance Sports Management, Jesse interned with McCollum & Brown, LLC in Montgomery and Lynn & Vrod, Attorneys at Law in West Palm Beach, Florida.
While at Faulkner University, Jesse was on the volleyball team for her four years there, she received NAIA- GACC Defensive Specialist of the Year in 2001. She now works as the executive assistant for Glenn Schwartzman and Jim Naughton at the South Florida location of Alliance Sports. Her role as executive assistant includes supporting the President and Vice President with NFL, NBA, CBA, CFL and overseas basketball deals.
Jesse works with all major university athletic departments on NCAA compliance services, as well as NBA and NFL teams. She assists with travel and other individual needs of Alliance’s clients. Her continuous communication with our clients ensures that all of their needs are met in a prompt and efficient manner.
